Is this OLD NEWS??
Just got this Email: (asked about TSX WITH NAV)
The Neo adapter is now compatible and will work great with your vehicle w/
NAV! Go to www.mp3yourcar.com search for your vehicle and check out the new
adapter we have for Honda/Acura vehicles with Navigation. Feel free to call
me at 858-689-4141 ext 113 should you have any questions.
Using a factory ipod car kit is an experience like no other! Once you have
it, you will be blown away with its quality, sound, and ease of use! The Neo
ipod car kit will control your ipod from the stereo buttons and steering
wheel controls, charge the ipod and provide full quality sound. I look
forward to seeing your order placed! If you have any questions, don't
hesitate to call.
Best Regards,

I don't think making it work with Nav is an issue... I think getting it to work with 2005 OEM XM is the issue.
I haven't seen any difficulties in getting AUX inputs or Icelinks to work with Nav. One guy here reported an issue but I haven't heard his resolution. Works fine in my car.
