Non Navi HU can it be replaced?

Non Navi HU can it be replaced?
Can the Non Navi HU be replaced? Is there any dash kit or any kits out now?
I checked Crutchfield and they say they havent measured the car yet.
I come from an 03 accord coupe wit no navi and i had bought a pioneer dvd hu and could not install it because of how the HU was and had the ac controls integrated in. Does anyone know of any swap out?
PS i do not wanna install the HU anywhere else but the dash where the oem one is.

I would not hold your breath on a dash kit, the one for the TL just came out recently.
