I appreciate all the help and input that anyone can provide for some suggestions on components for a complete 2006 TSX audio install non NAV. I am looking to keep the original HU until someone creates a dash kit so the original HU can be replaced.

I need a great set of front speakers, rear speakers, amp, and if anyone can help in building a customer molded sub box or if anyone has done it already and wants to sell one.

I appreciate everyone's help in advance and as for a budget looking to spend around $1000 - 1500 for everything and looking to buy in the next 2 weeks.

 

Would you be installing it all yourself or should the budget include installation costs?

I would recommend a mercman wiring harness. I haven't used mine yet but I can't wait to tear all this shit apart and get it installed. I'm just worried about my warranty...

I went with a kicker amp (balanced inputs), infinity components (go listen to a bunch of different ones to see what you like), I haven't decided on a sub in the back or rear door speakers. Mostly because of space issues, I use my trunk a lot.

I'll probably go with a single 10" in the back. I don't need to pound anymore, it should be enough.
