Just got an 05 tsx with nav. Wondering if there's any way to play dvds besides buying real dvd equipment.

Search for DOM's nav to DVD adapter with the adapter which negates the need to splice into your factory harness. I also like the carputers on www.mp3car.com

You need 3 things to play dvds on your navigation screen

1. Doms nav to vid converter - this gives you an rca type input for video to the screen.
2. An actual dvd player
3. An audio adapter to get sound from your dvd player to your speakers via aux input on the Head Unit.

^^no! It's a dvd rom that reads only the Honda navigation language. Can't be done.

Hey CJams. My converter is in the mail, and i've been thinking about my install all weekend long. Do you know if PnP takes care of the converter's power needs? Are there any alternative ways of giving it juice than to going under my console/armrest and doing some rewiring?
