MB Quart PSCs or MTX 8000
I'm looking at 2 Different Systems. Here's examples of Both:
MTX 8000:
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI...tem=1298116503
MB Quart PSC 316
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI...tem=1300131832
Not sure there's a place all the Speakers in the Door for the 316
Advice ?

From the research I have done, the MBs are a better product.
I am an Ebayholic, so make sure that you check the seller's feedback before you buy. Also, try to buy with Paypal.
The other thing I would advise is to check out some car audio sites. If they are selling the same component for just a little more, pay it. You get a lot more security by using your credit card to purchase and the warranty is safer.

Why would you consider buying used speakers? The previous owner probably abused them. Once you get them, you may have weird experience. I would get them brand new in factory sealed box.
