Just bought 04' Non-Navi/Non-XM, which Ipod Adapter?

I've seen a lot of different ipod adapters thrown around on here, just wondering if the 04' Non-Navi/Non-XM owners have a consensus on what is best for that model? I've seen isimple, dice, usa-spec, etc. It is my understanding I wont get text display since I don't have XM. I just want a unit i can easily install through the cubby, that will give me steering wheel controls and work with the majority of the ipod units. I'm leaning towards USA-spec at the moment.
