Ipod and Navi question

So i bought this Ipod kit from Circuit City it was for a 2005 - up Honda... thinking that it would work with my TSX which it did but... once i install the kit my Navi doesn't work... where i can't hit the " OK " button... after taking the kit out and replug the XM plug everything works fine..

question is why doesn't my Navi work when i install this kit? ?

Did it come with an adapter to put the navi plug back in? When I installed mine you had to unplug the navi and plug it into the cable that came with the adapter, If you don't have that Navi cable plugged in then it wont work.

Yup, you'll need one of these if it doesn't have an input for the source that was already there.

If you don't mind, what was the brand / model of that ipod package?

Krowdpleaser, do yourself a favor and get either a Dice or a Usa Spec unit instead of the above. These are the known reliable ones.
