iphone integration on 2002?
 

Is there anyway to hook-up an iphone with a direct signal instead and not fm?
I'm looking at integration kits and it appears as though they are only compatible

with 04 and newer because they require xm capability. Also, was anyone able to mount the connections under the stock interface in the drop down compartment

or is there something behind it that makes this not possible? I realize it would
perhaps be best to just get an aftermarket deck, but I would prefer to keep the

stock interface. I think it looks clean and I don't want people tempted to bre into my car. Any other input or options would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I am thinking you a 02 TL, if so you could do what I did to my CL. I bought a part from gromaudio and just plugged it to the back of my stock radio, it came with an iPod Adapter, USB/ AUX, and optional blue tooth. Now, I am able to use steering controls on my iPod!

I am also using Grom Audio. Nothing better than navigating through ipod app or Songza via steering wheel controls!
