I'm a new non -navi acura owner and i was told i couldnt put in an aftermarket indash dvd-navi system in it can some one shed some light for me please...thanx

Sorry buddy, I'm going to ask you to search through the forum to understand why, its been discussed a zillion times before! The short answer is your HU is integrated into the HVAC controls and some other circuitry back there. You can add another unit such as a single din flipout, but as far as replacing the stock HU, you're pretty much out of luck.
