Can anyone help me out with this? Im trying to put 3000k HIDs in my road lamp housing on my 2001 CL type s with the TL fog light switch. Can anyone give me some info on this or a link to a separate thread? Ive searched and searched and i found one thread that was asking about the TL fog light switch but it wasn't that helpful. Any help fellow acura owners?

make sure you get the correct bulb my 2gen tl uses 9006 for the foglights......plug shoun't be an issue.

I'm trying to figure it out myself, have you figured it out yet?
I have the TL switch but i need some type of adapter like a wiring pin or harness type thing to go into the back of the switch so i can run wires...
theres 5 pins and theres no way i can get a wire in each one without it, I saw a youtube vid and the TL obviously has that part already the CL's dont

I used a 98-02 Honda accord fog light switch, did that mod years ago on my 00 TL. Do a search for Accord Fog Light switch for the pin-out on that one.

What types of lights did you guys use for the road lamps. I just modded a set of road lamps with Lexus ES 300 projectors. Going to install them on the wife's 03 CL this weekend.

i got a harness for the tl switch from a junkyard, i installed the blazer projectors into the roadlamp housing and painted the rest of it black to absorb some heat and match the lower bumper
