HELP! Just added infiniti tweeters now I have HISS

Question HELP! Just added infiniti tweeters now I have HISS
I just added some infiniti 100t 1" dome tweeters to my stock system. The highs sound great and a little more dimension to the sound, BUT I get an annoying HISS now coming out of them at low volume levels - almost like tape HISS - can this be reduced at all or muted???

Does everything else hiss? (ie. speakers)

I'm just curious, how and why did you add tweeters to your stock stereo?
