Head Unit Troubles...
I'm trying to find an audio store to change my head unit A few stores said it would be hard, because they needed to fabricate a custom enclosure (due to the odd v-shape of the current double-din Bose unit). This would cost alot of money, and take alot of time. I was wondering how the rest of you changed your Bose units to afterkmarket decks.. is there a simpler way? Like an pre-existing adapter bezel or something like that?

nope .. most of our installers made a faceplate/bezel piece for us. I'm sure StreetEffectz will tell you that something like that is not THAT expensive.. as for me, I got directed to a really cool place by StylinSilverSled.

if you're asking about 'perfect fit' then no, you'll still need to make a bezel/faceplate for it. if you're asking if it'll fit into the gaping hole, then yes. sadly, I still have yet to see a non nasty looking aftermarket double din head unit for some reason, it seems like manufacturers like to ghettofy their double dins.
