good place to ground 4 channel amp and a mono in the trunk for 01 CL-P??

there are lotsa extra holes around in the trunk, just pick a close one and dremmel the paint off and youll be fine, or drill one, although watch out for brake lines, gas tank, etc.

those will working good right? My friend said the trunk area is not as good of a ground compare to the battery or the chasis. Does it matter that much?? I have it ground to the spare tire holder thing in the center, like when u take off that piece where it holds the spare tire, but it whine like crazy.

The trunk is part of the chassis. Grounding to the battery is a bad idea. The place where you have it grounded now whines probably because that screw and the area it's attached to are painted. There isn't a good connection for a ground. Sand off the paint or pick somewhere else.
