Good Deal on Alpine Type R's?
for all alpine type R's front spr-17ls component speakers, rear spr-17lp, 2 10inch subs swr-1222d, sub box, front amp mrp f240, sub amp mrp 350, and $200 for some wiring+rca kit, $80 for something to hook up to the head unit, and labour totaling 2500+tax cdn

That price is ok. Where are u buying your Alpine stuff from??? But those TYPE R's are some kick ass subs!!! You will not regret the TYPE R's. As long as they are DVC they will pound pretty loud and low in a ported enclosure.

I'm getting it from audio video. I also went to a&b sound the guy feed me this bullshit like I started this life 10 seconds ago and well he basically said the only way for things to work in my car is the expensive way. He also told me that you cant connect ipod without changing the head unit. What size type R subs did you get? I saw a demo of the 15inch and it made the ceiling rattle so I decided to go with the 2 10inch subs
