Getting power to sirius receiver
Hello all,
I have an older kenwood sirius receiver (Here2Anywhere deal) that id like to hook up in the top center console bin (04 TSX w/ NAV). I was wondering if its possible to tap the cigarette lighter to get power to the tuner. More clearly, Id like to stip the cigarette adaptor wire from the car kit and tap the source behind the not an ashtray bin. If not, is there a more convienent place? Also, I need some hints on where to run the antenna wire and where to put the actual antenna (I had it on my trunk in my old passat). Thanks

I would use the OEM amp - it's convenient, there's a post here that the shows wiring for it, and it has constant, switched, and a ground that is audio-quality (as opposed to the cig lighter, usually with crappy ground).
Many people have sat their antenna on the R deck. Worth a try...
