For all us ignoramuses, what's a free air sub? I know sealed, ported.... never heard of that one.

Which gives the tightest bass? Sealed?

Hey Ron,

Any 12" freeairs and that i can abuse them at least 300W each?

How about the Pioneer TS-W304F, Kenwood KFCWF303 and the kicker F12C ???? Can they handle my MA Audio HC1002 at 2 ohms? (I will parallel 2 of these parallel for 2 ohms setup)

If you carry any good one let me know , I can get from you. I need these ASAP ....

Free Air sub are designed to be used without an enclosed box. For example, mounted on a baffle or on the rear deck.

What about a Kappa? The 12 inch infinity kappas peak power is 1,200 watts and the RMS power range is 60-300 watts.
