A few pictures

Over the last month or two I have recived a a few (not many, but I'm still surprised there were any) requests for some pictures. So here we go.

The radio and imaging enhancer:

The flush mounted tweets in the sails:

The crossover:

The current and temporary set up:

and the box that is in the works:

Noice! Are you going to put cloth on the sub boxes?

once it is all done there is only going to be one box, the one in the corner, and in the other corner will be a floating amp rack made from lexan. The box itself is and will be constructed with a combination of woods. The main wall, base, and top of the box are a 3/4" mdf, the back is a lightwieght, 1/2" wood, whose name i forget now. basically i am using it b/c it is so easy to shape while maintaining it's strength. The rest will be made from fiberglass, which along with liquid nails, and a silicone-like composite will double as a reinforcement for the box.

As for the covering, i already have matching factory carpet so that it all will look like a factory placed sub. . . kinda

I can't wait to see the floating amp rack. You scared me with the raw wood. Why not just make the sub box out of fiberglass?

Batman, I tinkered with that idea, but believe it or not this way came out easier and cheaper.

volcom, i wouldn't have a problem with it, other than I live in memphis and I imagine shipping wouldn't be cheap. But if your serious about it, hit me up with a pm after i get it finished (hopefully this week i'll be done and have pics up) and we can figure something out.
