Drilling Hole for Backup Camera ?

Not sure this is the right place for this question,.

Considering a "keyhole" backup camera (to be plugged into Dom's DVD-Nav unit)

Car is TSX so no keyhole, so to put this in requires drilling a hole ?
Anyone familiar with this step, input please
