Im looking at getting a kenwood DDX7017, however my local custom audio shop told me there is no mounting brackets out on the market that enable a double din unit to go in my 99TL, i was wondering if this was true, and if so where do i get a double din mounting kit??? thanks

he is right. send a message to "Streeteffectz" he can make one for you for about 250. its a custom product, so its expensive

there are a few companies that make single DIN dash kits, which could easily be modified to allow a double DIN radio to fit.

yea thats what my audio shop said they would do to make it fit, a double din fits TLs i donno why they just dont make one for it
