Do infinity kappa perfect 6.1 fit?

Do the perfect's fit in the front of an 2003 CL-S? If not, would these make them fit:
http://www.cardomain.com/item/SCOSS65 or where can i buy something that would make them fit? I don't have a lot of tools to do much customization.

Also any opinions on the Polk MMC6500?

I will be using an Eclipse 3242 4x55w amp. Thanks.

edit: Also can i hook up my Eclipse amp to the stock speakers? Some of my speaker upgrades may have to hold off for a month or 2.

well, are they 6 1/2" speakers? i can say with my 5.25" polk momo componets, mmc5250, i had to hammer a bit of the opening to fit the speaker in, and then make a spacer to bring the speaker out of the door some for the window to go down all the way. not a drop in speaker like polk and crutchfield say they are. i guess you can hook up the amp to the stock speakers, may blow them out as i dont think the stock speakers can handle that much power. 55w may not be enough rms power either. polk says 50-100 rms for mine, i have 70rms going to them.

the amp is underrated, so i'm not worried about not having enough power. As far as blowing the oem's, i don't plan on listening to em loud until i get new ones.

i am no radio expert, but the stock speakers can't be rated for more than 30rms max if i had to guess, and your gonna put an "under rated" 55rms amp to them, so when you crank it up past 1/2 way, i'd say your stockers may kick the bucket. besides, your putting really nice speakers up front, and keeping crap in the back, thats like going to a road race with race slicks up front and michelen mxv4's in the rear, mix'in and matchin 2 different levels of capability if you ask me. but, if you do it, i'd like to see how it turns out. my buddy has those speakers in his truck, sounded good, no better/worse than the polks momo's in my opinon.

all speakers will be replaced, i just don't have the funds to do it all at once right now. I'm installing a pioneer avic-d1, and figured i might as well install my 2 amp's at the same time, to save myself some time later. (i'm moving in a week, so once i'm moved i'm going to buy the new speakers and put em in) which means i'll only be running stock's for a month or so. It's not by choice, its just the situation i'm in, i'll buy new speakers on the next credit card bill

Most likely Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.1 (6.5" components) (front)
JBL Power Series 6x9's (rear)

at least thats the plan unless someone tells me otherwise that these won't fit.

Are you talking about the 60.5 CS Kappa Components? I have these in my S2000. I modified the factory speaker baskets and used them as moutning brackets and they fit perfectly. That probably brought the speakers out from the door less than a half inch. I can't imagine the CL having less space in the doors than my S2000....

I like the speakers quite a bit...I had them in my 350Z before got rid of it and bought the S. I think they are a little too bright for me though. They are clear but the highs can be piercing and I find myself always messing with the audio controls on the deck. Now, they work great when the top is down since they are so clear but not harsh. Though with the top up...they are a little too much for me at times. The bottom line is, while I wouldn't think to change them in my S, I probably won't go with them in my TL. I'm looking at MB Quart or Focal...though I'm going to end up paying quite a bit more...just my 2 cents
