I just replaced my radio in 2003 TL, but followed this guide for an 01-03 CL as it was more detailed than what I already had seen and still accurate.

http://www.scribd.com/doc/35778404/I...n-2001-2003-CL

You can search for that file and find it on some filesharing sites to print it out, the original link to it found on the forums is unfortunately dead.

you need to pull off the silver trim that runs along the center console... after that it will expose the screws you need to remove to take the radio and console off... it shouldn't be difficult... it has been a few years since i done a CL...

It'll be awesome if you can post the PDF. I'm also working on a project of my own and this would be very helpful...Thanks!

if you're trying to remove just the radio, skip the first 6 mins of the video

Yea thanks Dante lol sorry I forgot to mention that part. Good video though and I got mine apart just as fast thanks to it. Unfortunately for me the LAST radio screw was super stuck and stripped out so I ended up having to drill the sucker out!!! Damn 10 year old screws.

Great Youtube video-was a bunch of help when pairing it with my CrutchField instructions. I installed a Double Din JVC(JVC KWR900BT) on my '03 CL this past weekend and it took some interesting spacing of the dash kit. But once you get the dash apart things are fairly straightforward. This was my first install and so far everything seems to be working perfectly.

I also installed a Axxess interface device to keep my steering wheel controls- slight slight delay but overall I am just happy to still have use of them.
