Disconnecting Security/Keyless Control Unit
Hello,
Does anyone know if the security alarm feature of the locking module under the driver's seat can be disconnected but still be able to use the remote door locking feature? The reason I'm asking this and I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue is because something is depleting/emptying my battery when the car sits not driven for more than 4 days, and no, it's not my battery, it has been changed 1 1/2 yrs ago and it did the same with the previous battery. Any help would be appreciated.
