Crutchfield...Are they lying to me?
Obviously, I don't know one way or another, but Crutchfield told me that there isn't a huge dilema about installing an after-market head unit to the stock bose system. I have a 97 Acura CL 3.0 with the stock bose system. They told me that the bose system has an amp that can recieve both high and low power, or something like that, basically telling me installation is easy. What the deal with this, I'm lost as what to do. Please help.
Thank you
Thank you

There right.... trust me.... I went there also.. and even though everyone else says you can't if you let them install it it covers both the install and the factory bose amp from blowin.. cuz they say it works... and it does.....and it's Hi/Low Power Ok... is what they call it... But yeah.. You have to let them install the headunit though.. that way your covered for one year... They had to do mine for free cuz I had just had em put it in my truck like three months ago.. and they do that shit... of course I spent almost 2000 the first time I went there so they kinda know me by first name... But everyone says you can change headunit but you can in the 97 3.0 cuz it's all good.... Sorry Long.... call me if you want to chat about it... 3015813219
