Confused and Misunderstood!

Hey guys, i have been looking at alll the posts and enjoy all you have posted. The information is incredible.

I am dead stuck in the middle of an install. This is what i have and wht i am installing.

Video iPod.
Media Share 120 GIG by XIMETA for mp3, movies and other media to play through the navi screen
USA Spec PA11-HON2y
and i have it all hooked up and just realized that i dont have a video input where i take it that the dom unit and other oem modules come in.
here is my question.

Can i use one of the modules with the USA SPEC? Cause it works great with the Acura interface. Has a modified and locked position switch.

I will post my pictures when im done.

Any help would be great.

im doing the backup cam as well, looks awesome and i think i need the module for it as well. DO any local retailers have anything that will work???

FRUSrTATED!!!

video ipod, usa spec adaptor and nav to video adaptor (usa spec does not support video). u have to a search, members on this forum use them all the time.

that media share is an external drive and can only be used with a pc, carputer or head unit that supports usb i. e. video play back but u never mentioned a aftermarket headunit so leave that out.

nav to video adapter allows you to switch from nav to external video i.e. back up cam or ipod video. if i come across it i'll be happy to post it. good luck!
