blitzsafe and sirius sportster

i have a 2002 TL w/ no NAVI and just got my sirius sportster.... right now im not happy with the sound quality. If i were to use the blitzsafe adapter, which wires go where with the factory head unit and how will the sirius radio be incorporated with the headunit and blitzsafe wiring. Does this mean that i need to remove the original head unit for this to work? Can someone let me know. I would really appreciate it.THanks

you shouldnt need to. I have an 01 CL-S and i just had to remove the side panel and trim. U can then access the aux input by wiggling the blitzsafe clip in. It takes some time, but u dont need to remove the entire radio. Check out the DIY posting on the 01-CLS. I found it very good. I then modified the location for my radio. Ill post the results soon.

The Sirius radio is then controlled thru the cd button on the headunit (dont worry cd changer works too, the diplay shows cd1 instead of cd when in aux mode), though u need to use the sirius radio to controll channels, etc.
