Bazooka tubes

I am looking to add a bazooka tube and a small amp to my 04 TL just to give it a little more kick b/c I think the system is very good already. Does anyone know if a bass tube such as this will ruin my sound quality. This is the one I wanna get http://www.bazooka.com/productAutoP...TsRX.asp?id=157

I think you would be better off with a single high quality 10 or 12 inch sub with good amplification, but that is only my opinion. An example would be a JL Audio 12W3 sub and and a 300 Watt mono or bridged amp.

Must have something to do with a cookie on your system? It still doesn't work for me, but my link does work for me.

IMO i think the tube in general is retarded looking. i have a 12" HE2 and im probable gonna get a Kenwood amp to power it at 2ohms. it.ll put out about 400 watts rms. its not great or anything but its enough.

I just wanted to say that I have had really good luck with Infinity Bass Link. I have had two of them. I don't have it in an 04 TL...i am about to buy and 04 here in about a month. The Bass Link is like the Bazooka in that it is an amp and sub all integrated into one housing. I had a Bazooka several years ago, and while it was good, I feel the Infinity to be better quality (and better sound too). I also know that the most Bass Link models come with a remote level and on/off control. That way if you are worried about quality, just turn the Bass Link off when you want high quality, and crank it up when you want a little extra bump.

Hope this helps...
