Aux Input Adapter Recommendation

Hi, I've been searching for a simple Aux input adapter for my 04 TSX, meaning that I don't want to control an Ipod or charge it, I just want to be able to connect the adapter to the factory radio so it provides the RCA inputs, any suggestions?

Whatever you connect has to emulate the external Honda CD changer to allow the input to be selected.

I'd get the Blitz: http://www.logjamelectronics.com/bli...ink1dmxv2.html

Those cheapo ones sound like crap in my experience.

The only way to get control is to look like a trunk cd changer, or a sat tuner. The 04 hu won't control sat tuners. The trunk cd changer wouldn't do cd text, so no good way to navigate an iPod. The sat input is perfect for that. You can get a dice or USA spec and get next and previous and your first five playlists, along with charging and auto shutoff. That's what ours has - a dice.

I got the uPac-Hon1 iPod integration for my 2005 TSX. It was really easy to install once I figured out how to remove the little storage compartment below the factory stereo and once I found the two connections from the factory harness.

It plays my iPod while charging it, and I can also control the iPod from the factory stereo buttons as well as steering wheel buttons. I can also play music from any source that has a stereo 3.5mm output or a regular RCA output.

$107 well spent.

I know it's an old thread, but that's a good thing for my concern/ question.

Have any of you had any troubles or issues with ANY Aux adapter since installed? Has it messed anything up like Climate control, killing the HVAC and Radio lights (mine already died due to PCB) or anything else yet? Do you gus still use it?

Thanks.

I struggle to understand why our TSX's and TL's didn't come factory with AUX/ USB..
