What do you guys think about this. I tried looking around for a price but can't find one. Share thoughts, suggestions and comments.

It's supposed to be popular for A/vox.
They have connector failures in the field where audio is lost, but those are probably being fixed. Hot glue probably fixes it...
My concern, and I haven't heard anything about it from the field, is heat internal to the unit.
The HR foam acts as an insulator. I can't see any air vents on the HR, and can't imagine how there could be... DVD units emit lotsa heat from the laser reflecting off the metal in the disc and the motor spinning.
I would think that on longer uses the interior temp would get high enough to cause intermittent loss of tracking (which is what happens with hot DVD transports that go above their threshold).

I saw a pic of it in an advertisement in Honda Tuner, and thought hey thats pretty cool and convenient. So I looked it up. Having the ability to watch two seperate things and have it using the cars audio or wireless headphones while not having to wire a million things sounds pretty cool, but i see no price anywhere, and if what you say about te heat is true than it would really suck to spend the cash and have it break on you after a little while.

I don't see it as a hard failure, I see it as an operating condition.
According to what I hear the list price is for 1 unit W dvd and one unit as a slave. They could configure it a different way, but that's what I hear the basic system is. List price is $1800, I figure they are going for 1500 not including install, and you might find some for $1300 if someone was desparate or on eBay.
Another bet would be the Vizualogic version.
They do a Honda Odyssey in Quartz, it might match. Their Acura MDX gray is not close as I recall.
