Hey Guys/Gals,

forgive the noob question, but I did a search and could not find exactly what I was looking for ...

I would like to play my mp3 player in my car, so was wondering since our car has the CD/Aux selector button, does that mean we have Audio inputs at the back of the HU somewhere?

I'm not very experienced in doing these things, but is it just a matter of plugging some jack (RCA on one end; headphone on the other) into this input, and connect it to my player?

Let me know .. any and all advice is welcome.

PS I use an FM transmitter now, which is good, but I figure a line feed would be better. Also, I'm not doing any more upgrades to my system, so I wanted to keep this as basic as possble.

Thanks man, I actually did some more searching after I posted and found the Blitzsafe and SHOND ... which is better? I have a Zen Micro, not an Ipod, and am not concerned about powering the player or controls beyond volume.

 

They are the same HW with different stickers on them. Last I heard the Blitz came with the adapter cable and the SHOND didn't, but that's it. Also note that the 05 issues don't affect our 04.
