Anyone run a 10" Diamond Audio D6 series sub?

Want to get some opinions. I want to replace my 10" dual 2ohm Alpine Type R with a dual 4ohm Diamond Audio D6 series so I can run all the 650wrms I have into it. I'm using a 1.1cube ported box tuned to 40hz.

Anyone have/had this sub? I read some reviews and people compare it to a JL 10w6v2 in terms of kick in the ass and sound quality but at a much better price.

I've run dual 10" D3's for over 4 years now and never had a problem. Been running them inverted in sealed boxes with a Memphis audio amp powering them at around 500+ watts. They still sound as strong as they did when i bought them. Not sure the dimensions of the boxes, they are pretty small cause i want to maximize trunk space in my Buick when i first had the system in. And now they fit perfect in the back of the tl too so it worked out well. As far as the usage I've given them mileage wise they have about 60,000 miles on them cause the radio is always on when I'm in my car.

How about the SQ of those D3 subs? I am looking into the D6 though. Should be a better driver overall I think.
