Anyone have Blitzsafe install pics/pdfs for 03' CL-S?

Hi all,

I searched the forums and all the photos and pdf links are expired and no longer available. Anyone still have them? I mainly would like to know how to remove the center console side panels and the center console itself. Thanks

Here is the best on that I know of, it has a PDF that you can download. It is for the Icelink install, but it basically the same setup. I used it a week ago to hook up my Blitzsafe, which worked perfectly until I tried to reassemble everything, and then I lost all of my audio. That I am sure is a different issue which has nothing to do with the installation instructions in this post.

The install went well considering I have large hands. It took a while to get the connector on. All I took off was the pass. side panel and side trim. It was difficult to get the connector to line up to the port (especially in such a small tight space), but I fortunately was able to roll the connector upwards until I got it in.

The adapter is awesome. The only downside so far is that I cannot get to the high volume levels that my tape cassette adapter could, but then again those high volume levels were a little distorted with the tape adapter.

Overall, very happy with the blitzsafe.

I am glad that you got it to work! I tried to do it without removing the radio but just couldn't get it to fit. Mine did sound great until I lost all sound.
