Alpine CDA 7897 or 7998 (fantom face)

Those with Alpine CDA 7897 and 7998 (fantom face). I have been having problems with my deck folding out the dash. I am on my 3rd deck right and the place that did my car cant find a problem besides it just starts hangin on the righthand side when its coming out. Has it happened to anyone else ot heard of it happening to anyone?

I have the CDA-7998, and i have never had any issues with the screen coming out or going back in. Call Alpine Customer Service and ask them

can u post pics of yours. And today they took my CD player out and sent it to alpine so Iguess i wont have it for abouit a month but for now they installed a Clarion.
