4th gen audio/video upgrade

is there a was to upgrade a base tl without Navi to the els stereo with Navi and add the backup camera ?

If i am not mistaken, yes. There is an upgrade. I would start with calling a dealer, the parts dept would know if its possible to simply buy the one you want and have installed.
However there may be additional. Please let us know what you find out. Im sorry i couldn't be more help.
