Approximately how much does it cost to have a speaker spacer made out of mdf? Or any speaker ring made of anything? Can I buy it online? Are there any that are less than 20 bucks?

I just found these but they're plastic and SOOO thin (1/4") I would prob need to stack 3 of these on top of each other to get the equivalent of one MDF ring. Also i have to put foam or deadener btw the layers or id get mad resonance

Got a jigsaw? Home Depot sells 3/4" MDF shelves, like 3' x 1' or so, for just a few dollars, that way you wouldn't have to get a whole 4'x8' sheet.
