I recently purchased 6 1/2" infinity speakers and discovered that they don't fit into the plastic harness type thing that is in the rear door speakers. Are there other plastic things that would fit my speakers or do I need to get different speakers?

The most common thing is door spacers. I believe there's even a DIY in the DIY section under the TSX. But I believe you can also purchase certain sizes. Depends on hoiw much room you have to play with. Check out the DIY thread first.
