they shot the vehicle's door and barely missed the drivers leg
the driver has the gun in his posession until the shooter contacts him to pay for damages and them the gun will be returned to the shooter/rightful owner.

just got in from school and ate lunch...the guy I was with gets off work @ 5 and then we are going to his dads to get the pics

That cop needs to be punished (unless he was undercover), what he did is irresponsible and inexusable. I say go on MSNBC and hopefully we will catch a few domestic terrorists, or at least these guys.

just so you know, not looking for picture of a weapon lying on the bed halfway under the covers sticking out. need a closeup of the receiver showing the selector lever and the identifying marking showing country of original, serial number (which you can partially block out), and the stamp. there are so many airsoft look alikes out there.....good pictures. and those two magazines with ammo would be helpful, too. pictures of the hole in the car door, if you can get a police report, a copy or the text would be perfect since it should contains people's nationalities, time and dates, etc.
so i had other questions in my thread that you can answer right away while we are waiting?
anyway so what is the driver going to do, keep the weapon, go to court, follow-up? do you guys have lawyers yet, i know school is busy but some guy is missing his automatic weapon, not likely he's gonna forget about it lol. you were there a few hours, did you see the press/news on site? they usually don't ignore overhearing calls like "ak-47..." and "shots fired...." over the police airwaves.

The driver is not going to keep the weapon as of last speaking to my buddy who talked to his dad this morning.
