i didn't really pay much attention to who was there, there was definitely 3 or 4 other guys tho.
maybe more, but I had my eyes closed for almost all of it.

That's one of my favourite hole-in-the-wall joints. Good, quick, food.
If you're ever in Alexandria and want a quick meal, try Cafe Monti on Duke St. It looks like a real dive, but the food is awesome. It's Austrian/Italian. Very inexpensive.

The gym here offers it every Wednesday but it starts at 7pm and I'm still in the lab at that time.

I just went to the Y, they have several classes a week. I also have a close friend who is a yoga instructor, i think i'll call him and see about getting into his studio for the winter.

I haven't made it up there recently. I was supposed to go for the Airbus accident, but it looks like we'll be going to their headquarters in Toulouse instead.
Actually, that strip of Bloor in Etobicoke has great restaurants. Another to try is Barcelona for tapas. The owner (Eduardo) is a riot. Best fucking Chorizo in Toronto, but not for the weight-watchers (which I know isn't you, Astro).

I actually live just 2-3 blocks from Il Radicchio... ok, I'll take note of Cafe Monti.

take some mints for afterwards. the chorizo is cooked in garlic-infused olive oil. it's soooo good. the left-over oil is great to sop up with their house bread.
