Youtube time stamp support

Can you add support for youtube time stamps in youtube videos so I can link to a certain part of a video instead of the video always starting at the beginning.

Please, that would be much appreciated.

Possible temporary workaround .... post the time-stamped link inside of quote tags.



Should start at the 1-minute mark.


I agree that the direct embed should account for the time stamp when parsing the link.

Eh it works but IDK if it's any better than just telling someone to skip to the one min mark. I'd prefer not to leave the page and manually click on the time stamp, but maybe that's just me.

Not sure that hack even works consistently. This video seems to become 'unavailable' when the link is put in to quote marks.


EDIT: OK, not sure what's happening. Works fine in this sub-forum, but not working the R&P sub-forum.

It does but it doesn't work in Car Talk, is that a limitation of that subforum?
