Dealer sent me a survey for service that I didn't have

My dealer sent me one of those surveys for a service appointment I didn't have... Just wondering how many others have gotten these and is this something to be concerned about? My first thought was that they are putting in fake warranty work... I was going to fill it out with very low ratings but I finally just ignored it.

Any thoughts

I did contact the dealer separately by email and they just ignored me hmmmm

Call Acura directly and see what they say about it...
or just throw it away...maybe it is a tactic to get you to call in or to go to your local dealership to get an appraisal to get you in something new.
