Remember Login

Something seems to have changed recently. There used to be a check box to "remember Login" in the upper right next to your log in information that isn't there now. When it was there I never had to push the "login" button when I load the site. Now I go to a screen that has my login info, but I have to push the "Login" button each time. That's not so bad but every time I do that and go to a forum I get the splash message (or whatever it is - it's hard to read) that wants to give me tips that I have to close out all the time. And it's pretty unreadable so I have to guess where the "No Thanks" link is. Did something change on the site or did I mess up my settings? I use Firefox.

Since it did it to me just now, here is what I get every time. I'd rather not have to clear this message every single day. It's unreadable and I have to guess where the "no thanks" link is under the "Next" button.

Sorry about that, 1Louder. We switched our login to automatically remember you (no need to click the box), but it looks like the cookie we use to do so may have gotten corrupted and caused a few other things to glitch out along the way. Please try logging out of the forum, clearing your browser's cookies and cache, and then logging back in. If you can, please also update your Firefox to the latest version as that should fix the broken Quick Reply instruction overlay.

If you're still having trouble after doing this, please let me know.

Thank you!

I cleared the cookies, logged out an in. I still get the "guide" overlay. My version is 52.8.0 (32-bit), so I'll try to make sure that's updated next and try again.

Upgrading did the trick. Actually it doesn't even ask me to log in and goes straight to the site like it used to. No "guide" message. Thanks! I use a corporate version of Firefox so it doesn't update automatically.

Glad to hear that fixed the issue! :)
