I use JING (desktop screen grab tool) to take screen captures and they are then hosted as PNG files (like imageshack, etc.).
For some reason, the IB forums always claim the file is not proper and won't host the image.

Eh, I was looking through the forum and saw this thread with no response and just checked it out...
I used the [img] tag (manually typed) to embed that image. I think if you just do a paste of the link it treats it like a URL and won't show as an image, just as a hyperlink. eg:
