Has anyone tried adapting a 2014 TPMS initiator to work with a 2013 RDX? My 2013 has metal valve stems and displays individual tire pressures, so I believe it's using a direct TPMS. The 2014 TPMS initiator uses a 3-prong connector, but the 2013 harness only has 2 prongs. From what I’ve found, the third prong may be a signal line not required for basic operation—so in theory, if power and ground are matched correctly, it might work. Has anyone successfully wired this up, or know the exact pinout?

The part number is the same for the 13-15 RDX Base & Tech model, if you have any model other than those two then you need to be more specific.

Thanks for clarifying, yes the compatible part number is 39360-TX4-A01. The part I have is 39360-TK4-A01.
