ive been a member for 18 days and posted more then 5 posts. when will i be granted to post in the black market and post a profile pic?

Please take the time to read that annoying notice that appears each time you log in and amongst all of the verbosity you will see something about being a member for 15 days, and you registered on 23 March 2014 so you are more than halfway there.
