O.K. guys, I've narrowed it down to 2 hotels:

The Windmill Inn and The Shilo Inn. The Windmill is the nicer of the 2 IMHO.

I will get a final offer from both of their sales managers in the morning and then finalize based on cost. They're both close in price and I'm using the lowest internet price to start bargaining with. These are a notch above Motel 6 and Super 8, but not that much more expensive.

If you guys check their web sites and have a preferece, lemmee know.

I'll give you all an update in the morning and then hopefully you can call and book your reservations at the rate I negotiate.

See you all in M-Town soon

Important Hotel Info!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We're set with the Windmill Inn.

The final rate is $63.95 per night.

They have FREE wireless internet in all rooms and a fantastic FREE breakfast, so that makes the price even better. This hotel goes for over $90 a night if you don't do your homework!

Just call 541-779-0050 and ask for the "Devery Group Rate". Pick your room type and give them a credit card to hold the room and you're set.

She's holding 10 rooms for now and I can increase, but we lose the rooms and the rate after Monday, so if you're going, please book today or ASAP!

For anyone looking to save $$, you could ride shotgun and split a room with someone else and share costs.

O.K Now let's see some of you maybe's to YES!!

I found the info for that Indoor Go Kart Track.

It's called a "Slick Track" and it's really drifting!! We had a blast the night we went 2 years ago They're open til midnight on Friday and Saturday so we can go either night, probably Friday night since we'll have a long drive on Saturday.
