wsup guys, the $5 donation only applies to those who want to reserve a spot inside the hanger... and to reserve a spot inside the hanger, we need a minimum of 10 cars. The deadline to reserve a spot inside the hanger is March 11th, but keep in mind this is a first come first serve basis, so please confirm asap.

I believe the group reservations we have to pay when we get there. They said just have 1 person in charge of all the money and give it to the SYTFU guys when we get there. I take it that this list is for everyone that wants to park with the AZ group. We just need 4 more then we can have our own spot. So to make sure we get a spot I will just tell the guy from SYTFU to go ahead and reserve us a spot next to the V6 P guys.
I think Kevin 03TL_TypeS posted something about he's waiting for a PM and then he'll let me know if he will be bringing his car.

if you park outside, there's no charge. of course, they take donation.

this is what i am going to do, i will extend one of the section to fit both and acurazine... the section will hold 24 cars... i can always adjust is some more to fit all of you guys.
as for the registration form, i will need one person to fill it out and send it back to us asap. what some people did on the signature part was put "printed name will be equal to signature"... but if you have a scanner, we would prefer you to scan it back to us instead. but either way works..
for the donation part, on the day of the event, i will need one person to collect all the donation from all acurazine members and then handed off to one of the sytfu coordinators.
please send the registration form to: sytfu.inc@gmail.com

- final list of members from acurazine (i will go on acurazine.com to get the list)

It depends which way you come..most likely you'll be taking 99 south to 205 west to 580 west to 238 south to 880 that would be San Leandro/San Lorenzo which is a lil north of Hayward.
Basically it would be easier for you to just meet in Hayward.

for people that still want to go, there's still parking outside the hanger for free, and you may get lucky, there may be a no-show on the list so you MIGHT be able to take their spot.

Ok I think itz smokin wanted us to have 1 registration form for all of us.
I'll go and ask itz smokin if he just wants me to fill one out for AZ. Because I believe he told me to just have 1 form for both groups.
