however i have my TL garaged in LA, so if it's cool i can only show up in my legend. i've been thinking about trading in for the new TL, it'd be great to see a bunch of TLs to make my decision easier.

Yeah, please make it a bit up north this time. Something like LA area, kind of in between everyone. I can try to look for some nice places. But Santa Monica Beach and Malibu Beach sounds good. There`s a nice 2-lane road along Malibu beachfor a cruise, you have a real good view of the beach also. 2-lane = ACURA CRUISE madness, just blocking traffic with two Acura`s in front, that`s hot. As of pplaces for pictures, I wouldn`t really know where`ll be a good place to take pictures at Malibu. Maybe someone here would know?

how about we meet up at the same place and take a nice lonnnng cruise to malibu or wherever im sure its not gonna be raining like crazy in march and then we can meet up with some more people somewhere im sure those who went to the meet can all agree that the parkinglot it was held at could hold well over 30 cars for the meet we could just move over a little and get better spots

 

Hmm, if that`s what`s going to happen, then I`d meet you guys elsewhere after you guys meet up at the Boba House, cause that`s just too far of a drive for me. I guess LA, SFV, and surrounding area people wanna meet up elsewhere? Let me know if there`s anyone out there from these areas that wants to meet up elsewhere, and the HB/OC people`ll meet us up afterwards. Then go for that beach cruise.

 

Please set the date for the following week so that I can make it. Pretty please. It'll give you guys more time to do stuff to your car, and save money if needed for the long cruise. I'll be in dallas till the 21st.

You OC guys gotta yield to us this time around I was thinking of meeting up in Pasadena (parking lot of Fuddruckers or some other lot), have some nice food & drink there, then a nice cruise up Angeles Crest (canyon road) on a clear and sunny day.

 

unless we are going to have some monster truck park right behind us and ruin the pictures....bastard! lol. Yeah that Fuddruckers is big parking lot. Maybe we get enough people they can block it off like they do for those classic cars. hmmm. We should call and make sure no car clubs are going to be there that day...otherwise bad new. Yeah and Jonathan its Brentin not Brenton...lol close though.

 

lol, i have the farthest drive in so. cali than all of you. i'm coming from san bernardino area. so no matter if it's in LA, OC, or pasadena, i'm still driving 50+ miles :P. i'm down to go though, no matter where it's at. missed the last one this past weekend coz i was in vegas. but i should be free whether it's 20th or 27th of march. my TL is still stock though, and still can't find a reputable tint shop that will do moleskin. if any have suggestions, i don't care where it's at (so cali) as long as i don't have to worry about scratches, warranty, signal loss, etc.

heyy bro what's up! There is this good and reputable tint place in my area with good prices too. I got my tinting done there for just $120 and there's a lifetime warrenty on peeling/bubbles.

they use to keep the tint from scratching from rolling the windows up/down. 3rd gen TL suffers from this

OMG a 30 car cruise up angeles crest to the mount wilson observatory, that would be NUTS! Ill definatly go, 100% if thats the case,.
I didnt go last time because driving 1 hour in the rain isnt my idea of a fun sunday...

 

I totally forgot about that cruise in angeles crest... it's friggin twisty as hell then that view at the top is just incredible. there's a picnic area up on top too

 

Yea man, i know ur all the way in Irvine, its worth the drive. Only problem is that sometimes theres a lot of cars n moto's on the road.

Yeah south pas cops are hoes, he wrote me a ticket for speeding, becuase get this "you have a white car, and this white car was racing another guy" then he asked me if raced, or part of a racing crew, or knew anyone that raced....total profiled. But he was nice, he asked me to get out of my car *which scared me* then he showed me how the radar gun works....it was kinda cool it makes a loud sound. The south pasadena courts are soo nice, they have reclining seats sooo nice. Yeah anyways he didnt show up...so go me.
