i believe that's the all-cali meet. $4 doesn't make sense.. people, including me, are bringing food items.

The fee is for getting in to the private lot they have at the park. So it is not a fee to come but for the parking.


So I think there should be a reminder for all folks coming that the meet will be at the $4 lot and not the free parking.

 

oOoOo, I cant wait for the cruise, where is the cruise gonna be taking place to? Just imaging 70+ acuras on the freeway gives me goosegumps....

I will be attending this mega meet. Upon the good advice of a fellow board member, I am posting some parts I am trying to sell at this event:

1. CL-S Apexi exhaust (1st ever made for CL-S, my car was the test car)
2. Used Maya DTM wheels, 19 x 8.5, 41 offset, for Acura TL (new generations) with 4 Nitto 555 tires.

looking at the size of this meet we will need more important is on top
- cups
- more meat
- lots of ice
- BBQ materials (charcoal, utensils, etc)
- snacks
- table cloths?

there are some things already listed that might need people to help out in quantity. we really need to decide on how much of something we will need. we don't want to buy 80 hot dog buns if there are only 60 hot dogs.

 

Scratch the snacks, there is usually no problem with that. Thats what people usually bring. We definitely use more BBQ dishes. It doesn't have to be meat.. corn on the cob anyone? As for meats: burgers, hot dogs, kabobs, ribs or steaks will do

I think the people bring the grills should take care of the charcoal and accessories.

we also need some veggies for the burgers and ... any vegetarians by any chance? I think I'll bring along a veggie platter or something ... carrots/celery and dip and such

we can cruise at angela's crest... my boy said it's pretty friggen nice. but killer on those brakes.

 

angeles crest is nice, but I think there are too many cars for that.

Plus we had a bad experience last time and there were only like 10-15 cars.

even if it does rain, just bring some umbrellas. Cant let a little rain ruin our meet.

 

i never BBQ'ed in the rain... i guess some acid wouldn't hurt.
