i believe that's the all-cali meet. $4 doesn't make sense.. people, including me, are bringing food items.

The fee is for getting in to the private lot they have at the park. So it is not a fee to come but for the parking.

So I think there should be a reminder for all folks coming that the meet will be at the $4 lot and not the free parking.

Since I'm also an official vendor here, IF I do come to the meet I will be also bringing my LED strip on the site for sale also. I will also give you a simple DIY tips as well.

If I come I'll be selling it for $20 a set. So if you are interested just hit me up! =P

I will be attending this mega meet. Upon the good advice of a fellow board member, I am posting some parts I am trying to sell at this event:

1. CL-S Apexi exhaust (1st ever made for CL-S, my car was the test car)
2. Used Maya DTM wheels, 19 x 8.5, 41 offset, for Acura TL (new generations) with 4 Nitto 555 tires.

I hope it's ok for me to try to sell at the event. PM if you're interested.

Thanks.

looking at the size of this meet we will need more important is on top
- cups
- more meat
- lots of ice
- BBQ materials (charcoal, utensils, etc)
- snacks
- table cloths?

there are some things already listed that might need people to help out in quantity. we really need to decide on how much of something we will need. we don't want to buy 80 hot dog buns if there are only 60 hot dogs.

Scratch the snacks, there is usually no problem with that. Thats what people usually bring. We definitely use more BBQ dishes. It doesn't have to be meat.. corn on the cob anyone? As for meats: burgers, hot dogs, kabobs, ribs or steaks will do

I think the people bring the grills should take care of the charcoal and accessories.

angeles crest is nice, but I think there are too many cars for that.

Plus we had a bad experience last time and there were only like 10-15 cars.

I was going to ask that question. So what "IF" it rains, wats the plan. Gotta let everyone knows ahead of time so no one waits in the rain.
