Sheesh, I stop checking this thread and all the sudden there's activity!

I'm definitely down for a meet sometime in June. The weekends of the 9th and the 29th I'll be out of town, so either the 16th/17th or 23rd/24th would work for me. I'm in Mesa, right on the Mesa/Tempe/Scottsdale line.

Eh, not that it's too far, but if everyone is more down here in the Tempe/Mesa area, then maybe we should have it down here somewhere? If not I don't mind driving up to Anthem. Maybe it's time to get springs/shocks. Anyone have any experience installing those on a 2nd gen CL-S?

Hmmmmmm... reeeeaaaaaallllly! I was seriously thinking about getting some Tein H-Techs and Tokico Blues. I don't have any of the tools though, do you? If Zasker still wants to host a party maybe he has the correct tools to do the job? I've never touched suspension before so I'm hesitant.

Should I PM everyone that's posted on this thread about a possible meet on June 16th?

I wish i can install my springs, but don't have shock and don't really have the budget. My springs are sitting in my room for about a half a year now...lol Pretty much all my money is going towards motor mounts and 90k servicing. Yea, you should pm anyone that lives in AZ and see if they wanted to go on this meet. See how many people want to do this.

I am happy to host and as for a spring/shock install, that should be pretty easy as its realy just 4 bolts for each corner. I have all the required tools. (in a fricken box) no tool box.

I suggested my place as I have a 3 car garage and plenty of parking. But I am down for what ever.

Okay, well, like I said, I'm down for taking a ride up to Zaskers in Anthem, so you want to give the final say on your place, Zasker? So air tools aren't required for doing springs/shocks? Don't you need some kind of spring compressor or something? Probably can get a loaner from Autozone if that's what it comes to. You guys definitely think it's a doable thing if we meet up? If so I'll order the parts asap. Let me know. As soon as you give the go on your place on the 16th Zasker I'll PM everyone who's posted on this thread and see if I can see if there's anymore people on here from AZ and PM them. Freakn excited!

your gonna need a spring compressor for sure if you dont have aftermarket, but it also depends on how low the springs are too. sometimes you can just put the spring on and push it down to bolt it on. but then again sometimes your gonna have to compress it a lil bit. but yea this should be fun! can't wait!

Zasker, are you going to start a new "offical" thread with date, time, location and directions so the mod's sticky it?

Also just want to double check that you guys are still down to install some springs/struts on my whip, right? Like I said I'll supply the drinks or what ever else in payment and graditude. And of course lend a hand for what ever else anyone has to install on their ride.

that sounds fine to me, i installed my springs myself and it really wasn't hard at all. And if there is acouple people there, we can probably get it done in about an hour and a half or so
