Alright guys,

Since the weather is finally getting better, I think it's time for us to get a meet going. We had a meet in Floyd Bennett Field in the middle of December and twelve or so guys still showed up, so I'm guessing we could get a lot more when it's not under 20 degrees outside.

I'm thinking we should have a meet sometime in the middle or end of May (a Saturday or Sunday between May 14-29), considering most guys will be off of school at around that time and it'll be nice enough that it doesn't rain and it's around 75 to 80 degrees.

So we have at least 50 guys on this board from not only the five boroughs, but Long Island as well, so be free to share ideas on where we could have the meet. If anything, I will organize everything if no one else wants to step up, so there's no worries there. SUGGESTIONS? Time, place, date?

 

im definitly down...Still havent got a chance to make it to a meet to meet you guys yet...if you want to do it in LI then i recommend Captree state park....we can do a nice bbq or somethin...we did that last year at our Honda meet from another board. Another place in Sunken Meadow park...Just suggestions..they mite be alittle to far out for the ppl in BK or BX...

can we make it in Queens or Long island (not far out LI)
i would be down for anyday after school ends.. which is like the 27th or maybe a couple days before...
or if i still have school Saturday would be great..

 

How about a meet around Jones Beach area...i Know there has to be a spot that would we would like around there and its not to far from bk or bx or qnz

 

Well from what I've seen, the Target meets by roosevelt field always have a good turnout,
we could meet up there and then roll out to jones beach.

 

^^ problem with the roosvelt field meets is it onyl good at night. during the day the traffic is a pain and parking lots are alway sfilled. My meets go on in that area at night since its dead and always have a good turn out.

if there should be a meet it should be somewhere like Nssau collesium... HUGE HUGE LOT and usually not many events and its great for everyone.
