NY/NJ/CT/PA BBQ meet @ Ross Dock park Sunday July 18th 9am
Fellas, its about that time we make these meets exciting, not only will we show off our 
's and take some tasty pics by the Hudson river and next to the George Washington Bridge, but it will be a day of fun getting to know the owners of those sexy machines eat lots of good stuff and lets not forget a lil bit of the 
Feel free to take charge, there is going to be no main contact here, in order to make this happen we all need to contribute; we all become burger burners that day. Feel free to bring your loved ones, ECT. Sunday July 18th @ 9am or better to get the best spots and parking.

Yesterday at the meet, we kinda talked about this.
Do you guys think its better that we PayPal one person the enterance fee, for food, drinks and whatever? So that we know how many people are coming and can guarantee having enough cash to buy the food? Let me know what you guys think..

I think that would be the most organized and also it'll keep ppl from "forgetting to pick up the .... " or "sorry I forgot I had a a wedding to go to" as we're all sitting around the bbq waiting for the burgers that person was bringing.

I also agree with TL_D & Kiss......Lets set up a paypal account and everyone put in a set amount?? $3,$5,$8,$10 just for BBQ supplies and if we have extra $$ then we can possibly get car cleaning supplies to raffle off?? Also this is important so we have a head count on who will be there??
Can this park hold all of these cars?? it didnt say on the website. Also lets get something set-up for payment and lets keep this thread short and not draged out! jusy my 0.02

Ok guys, if your planning on going to the meet sunday July 18, 2004, Paypal $6 to Zeidanyo@shu.edu The $6 is non-refundable. Please make a note when sending your $6 that you mention BBQ MEET or something like that.
The money will be used for food, utensils, BBQ stuff, and detailing items that will be used for the raffle.
If by any chance there is any of money left over I will donate all of it to a charity.

I forgot to mention its $6 per person, Kahrupt reminded me. Also, if you send payment, post that you did, so that way we have two lists ;-)

Maybe beer should be BYOB since beer can be expensive/limited since it always steals the show.

also guys, I dont know if having beer would be a good idea? What if the park police comes by and seeing an underage minor drinking, I am sure he will break things up, BUT if you want to add beer, make sure that you give the beers to people over 21, NO BULL SHITTING!! Cops can be assholes! We are finally organizing a large BBQ and I dont want things to get screwed up!
